interacting galaxies
October 28th, 2006Did you know that there’s some Antennae Galaxies out there?
They can be found in the Corvus Constellation and consist of two interacting galaxies (NGC 4038 and NGC 4039). Friedrich Wilhelm Herschel discovered them in 1785.
