“What The Mud” and what the laugh, when our kitchen tent and hackcenter were flooded within minutes, early in the morning (well, we were still awake). And not to mention several powercuts during storms… or when the RadioVillage had to be evacuated. Well, last but not least: I met lots of interesting new people! And yes, it was: a whole lot of fun.
I was certainly impressed by the little Dome, back on the WhatTheHack CampingSite. It was using an exterior skeleton – compared to “ours” from ChaosVillage, which had an interior one.
Marnix made it himself and even learned how to use a sewing machine to do it!
He recommended desertdomes.com since there is a calculator for creating all sorts of domeshapes.
This cool Hammock-Tent which was blocking one of the roads in the back area, is a real product made by hennessyhammock.com. The Model we saw was called “Galliano Island”. We were wondering how to get into one of these things.. – well, straight through the bottom!
Now that I’ve recovered from our trip (ok, I’ve still got a bad cold), it’s time to put some of my pictures on that flikr-thing.

“Kiki Blofeld” heißt ein labyrinthisches Gelände mit Spreeblick, das letztes Jahr noch “King Kameamea Garden” hieß und nun nach der gleichnamigen Tochter des James Bond–Gangsters “Ernst Stavro Blofeld” benannt ist.
Ideale Kulisse für eine laue Sommernacht wie diese … mit GrassSofas, Kronleuchtern in den Bäumen, Lagerfeuer, Karibik-Sand und Liegestühlen, bespielter BootsGarage + Sonnendeck, kühlen Getränken und sogar was Karibisches zu schnabulieren.

Vor kurzem sah ich aufgeklebte Einschußlöcher auf einem Neuwagen, das hatte ja schon Charme.
